Digital Media Account Manager

Fuor Digital is looking to add to their already dynamic team with a digital media account manager. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running developing media and audience strategy, innovative digital media plans and working with the technology and analytics team to ensure campaign execution, optimizations and performance.


Knowledge/Skill Requirements   

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media planning, buying and campaign management 
  • Ability to research, plan, buy, optimize and report on digital media with use of the following tools:
    • Comscore/MRI, Adserver (MediaMind), CMR/Stradegy, Web Analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Advanced excel knowledge (i.e. pivot tables) a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Experience with setup and management of keyword search engine campaigns a plus
  • Accreditation or the ability to attain accreditation in Web Analytics, Search engine marketing, online display advertising and/or email marketing
  • A strong interest in working within a diverse and technologically advanced environment
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and software platforms
  • Excellent mathematical abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail a must!



  • Deliver best-in-class digital media services that address and seek to achieve client business and marketing goals
  • Analyze and benchmark digital media campaign performance history and results
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for campaign planning
  • Coordinate digital media specifications between creative teams and publishers
  • Manage the setup, configuration and management of third-party ad servers including search bid-management platforms, third-party online ad servers, email marketing campaign systems and mobile phone marketing platforms
  • Monitor and prepare reports for campaign performance
  • Assist the Senior Account Manager with the planning, setup and management of campaign conversion monitoring and reporting
  • Attain certifications with premier platform providers and associations through training, education and acquisition of personal certifications
  • Work with the Senior Managers to conduct ongoing campaign optimization
  • Consult with creative design teams in developing proper ad formats based on campaign requirements
  • Conduct quality assurance on campaign creative deliverables
  • Prepare performance reports
  • Build automated report generation utilities within third-party ad-serving applications based on campaign and client requirements
